Draft Development Brief - August 2022

In November 2022 West Suffolk Council invited residents to take part in the consultation on the draft development brief for the land known as the Triangle Site, Great Barton.

The site was proposed to be brought forward by both West Suffolk Council and Suffolk County Council.

To support the redevelopment of the site, a draft development brief was required under policy. The brief sought to identify the aspirations for the site’s redevelopment and demonstrate how the site will be brought forward in due course to deliver sustainable development.

West Suffolk Council and Suffolk County Council sought residents views on the draft development brief and the future redevelopment of the site.
