Data Consent Form

The Parish Council Clerk sends emails to those residents who wish to be kept informed about the Parish Council and its activities. Your privacy is important to us and to enable us to communicate with you we need your consent. If you like us to keep in touch with you please complete and sign this Data Consent Form and return to the Parish Clerk.

 

Grant Applicaiton Form 

Parish Council has a Grant Awarding Policy, details of which can be found under the Policies Section. A grant may be awarded to an organisation for a specific purpose to assist  of the well being of the local community. If having read the criteria for grants you wish to apply for a grant please complete the Grant Application Form and return it to the Parish Clerk.
